I have realized that I can no longer add pictures here.
here is a small JET that I am developing on an other site.
Let's see if it will appear ?
Below is my newest design ...THE LIGHT SABRE JET !
OKAY..this seems to work again ok !

Finally some INFO !
Here is a Gekko with F-5 III ( F-20 ) Emerson RADAR in it !

So what....
ReplyDeleteNothing particular, just developing a 6th generation stealth fighter !
ReplyDeleteThere is 1943 finnish PUUSKA design added !
Get yourself a real life...
ReplyDeleteWhat's the wing area of Gecko?
ReplyDeleteToday it is 18 m2..it was still 19.2 m2 on that old drawing here. Present wing loading expected 195 kg/m2. Max 360 kg/m2.
ReplyDeleteCurrent frontal area is 1.56 m2 1/4.5 of the F-22 figure. 11% less than in a Gnat !
ReplyDeleteWhere's the room for radar and other combat electronics? The radar used in F20 requires over 3 cubic feet.. APG-64 does not exist, it was supposed to be a developement of one used in F-15. That might be just a little too big for this thing.
ReplyDeleteHow about electric system of this lizard? Can it provide the current needed for the radar?
Here's some facts of F-20's radar:
CHARACTERISTICS
Antenna: 16.7 by 26.2 inches
Power: 2340 VA
Weight: 270 pounds
Volume: 3.1 cubic feet
Reliability: 200 hours MTBF
What comes next a rocket to mars. But nothing is happening just dreams and haze of lost reality.
ReplyDeleteNow it is 13% less frontal area than GNAT.
ReplyDeleteAlso Emerson ( F-5 III ) radar fitted..leghtened also by 200 mm.
I already have designed a space ship...3 days after Columbia disaster. Burt is working on it !
I think this P&W engine with 26 kN can provide/deliver power too.
ReplyDeleteAPG 67 is only 160 lbs and 396 WATT and takes 1.9 qubic ft.
