How is it possible ?

I hear someone saying hadn't this been done if it was possible.
You know the 4 arrowed table to explain flight ?!
First you have the force that overcomes the drag in horizontal...and then the weight of the plane in vertical and lift compensating it right ?
So all you have to do is to reduce the drag to fly at low energy and then reduce the weight to be able to create lift with a smallish wing ( 9.4 m is not too small ). There is no solar powered AC hitherto with less than 10 m span so far..Elektra One has only some 6.7 m and thus cannot fly on solar power alone.
