Waiting for the funding

The local Keksintösäätiö ( Inventor Foundation ) is an institute that pretty much decide whether this kinda project will go on or not. They have promissed to cover 45 % of the funding, but only after the project is pretty much done.

So I honestly don't know what good is that kinda funding.

Can anyone enlighten me a bit about this ? Has anyone actually gotten money in Finland for anykinda AC project from Keksintäsäätiö ?

    Jälkikäteen maksettavan rahoituksen idea on siinä, että keksinnöt todella toteutetaan, etteivät ne jää epäselviksi piiroksiksi paperille. Samalla keksinnön totetuskelpoisuus tulee varmistettua.

    Artisti maksaa. Rakentaja riskirahoittaa. Hankkeen toteutettavuus selviää. Ei kaikkea huuhaata tarvi etukäteen rahoittaa, ihan yleisellä tasolla.
