Mantaray in Tieteen Kuvalehti -magazine !

I was totally inspired by it. It was in a large group of 10 000s of Mantarays..but one of the was further away from the others...and actually jumped into the air and seemed to have flown several meters..maybe 5-6 even if not 7-8.

Ok I got an idea...since that mantaray besides swimming can also fly pretty controlled jumps...why couldn't I ?

I have to confess again...flying Squirrel might be at the end of his/her career as an aeroplane ( role ) model ? Time to concentrate on something new maybe ?

I have a strange feeling the simple flying wing is the thing.




This has longer cockpit too actually one meter longer compared to few existing designs.
