FAI microlite vs. Part 103

I just found out that there is a microlite category with minimum Mtow speed of 65 km/h ! I like it ! http://www.flymicro.com/records/index.cfm?record=minspeed

This means that Part 103 which is based on wingoading and stall speeds is not the only class for superlite weight planes. I am relieved !
